How do I return an item?

While we are sorry to hear that you wish to return your item(s), we are happy to assist you with your return process. Please note that returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order.

Please ship your items along with the packing slip or order confirmation e-mail, as well as a quick note on the reason for your return.

HICKIES is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, and we recommend you insure all returns. We also encourage you to send the tracking number of your return to support@hickies.com so we know to keep a lookout. 

Once your return arrives we will process it for a refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your card statement.
