What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your HICKIES order, so if for any reason you need to make a return, you can do so for 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Unfortunately, we can only accept returns for purchases of HICKIES laces that are made here, through our website (hickies.com). If you purchased your HICKIES at a local retailer or through another online outlet, please make sure to follow their return policy instead.

We unfortunately do not reimburse shipping costs or pay for return shipping (sorry!).

To make your return, ship your items to the address below along with the packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email. Please include a quick note telling us the reason for your return. (and please keep in mind that if you bought a Bundle Set, all packs should be returned). Once you have a tracking number for your shipment, we recommend sending it to us at support@hickies.com so that we know it’s on its way.

HICKIES is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, and we recommend you insure all returns.

Once your return arrives, we will process it for a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your card statement.
