What is your holiday return policy?

Purchases made between 11/15/18 and 12/25/18 that are in the original packaging may be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price paid through 1/25/18.  We can only accept returns for purchases of HICKIES laces that are made here, through our website (hickies.com). If you purchased your HICKIES at a local retailer or through another online outlet, please make sure to follow their return policy instead.

To make your return, ship your items to the address below along with the packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email. Please include a quick note telling us the reason for your return. Once you have a tracking number for your shipment, we recommend sending it to us at support@hickies.com so that we know it’s on its way.

HICKIES is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, and we recommend you insure all returns.

Once your return arrives, we will process it for a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your card statement.
