Favorite time of day to train: Morning! I have a crazy schedule, so make a point to devote my full attention to my workout first thing in the AM. This gets me centered for the day to come.

I love looking at a sparse gym or even a hotel room and improvising a super effective functional workout./p>
Favorite post-workout snack
After my workout I make a simple breakfast smoothie with my vegan Champion Naturals protein, green veggies and seasonal fruit. I throw in some extra goodies like bee pollen and coconut flakes for added health benefits and satisfying texture.
How did you get into fitness?
I begged my parents to put me into ballet at age 3! From there my passion for health, wellness and fitness never stopped growing. Those early roots in ballet taught me to always see movement as an art form. Over the years I have added many certifications (Pilates, Barre, Yoga and Pre & Post-Natal, Nutrition and Wellness Counseling to name a few) and I love to combine multiple disciplines to improve upon strength, stability, stamina, agility, coordination, etc.
